Failures of the Civil War
There are four main Failures of the Civil War, these all came after the battles when reconstructing the United States of America
They are:1. A lack of commitment from the Executive Branch of Government
2. A lack of funding for long term changes such as education and enough troops to curb racial violence.
3. Fear from the general white population about the changes that were to take place, causing massive resistance and fueled radical groups.
4. Failure of the Supreme Court to uphold the amendments to the constitution.
